Sunita Bapooji is back to speak to us about ancient wisdom, her experiences with Diabetes in her family, and more universally, to tell us about several simple day to day life-style changes we can embrace to prevent the onset of Diabetes.

She is also know as “Surgeon of Vibrations” who uses the potential in every single cell in the body to cure and heal diseases of Mind and body. She believes that we all are built on the foundation of a subtle body which is ‘Energy’ and when this Energy is clean and pure body can live healthy and happy without any problems. Seniors Longevity – Sookshma Meditation by Sunita Bapooji


This is a short film ‘Seniors Longevity – Sookshma Meditation by Sunita Bapooji’ based on the workshops Sunita had conducted in RoundHouse Community Center in Vancouver for Seniors in 2008.

The film showcases how Sookshma Meditation helped many seniors in creating Pure Positive energy and aiding them heal from problems like Hypertension, Muscular discoordination, depression and anxiety.
Sookshma meditation has also helped heal Arthritis which has become extremely common in Seniors. Sunita’s unonditional love and healing energy helped the seniors rebuild self confidence, self help and self respect ion their lives to allow them handle the challenges of life in old age. Sunita believes that Ageing is a natural process of life and it should be as memorable and enjoyable as any other phase of life.
